MODERN APPROACHES TO THE DIAGNOSIS AND MANAGEMENT OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES IN ADULTS

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) remain the leading cause of morbidity and mortality among adults worldwide. Conditions such as hypertension, ischemic heart disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias significantly contribute to reduced quality of life and increased healthcare burden. Early diagnosis and effective management are essential for improving clinical outcomes and preventing complications. Recent advances in diagnostic technologies and pharmacological treatment strategies have significantly improved the prognosis of cardiovascular diseases. This article reviews modern approaches to the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases in adults, focusing on current diagnostic methods, pharmacotherapy, non-pharmacological interventions, and preventive strategies. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based clinical practice and individualized patient-centered care.心血管疾病（Cardiovascular Diseases, CVDs）仍是全球成年人致残与致死的首要病因。高血压、缺血性心脏病、心力衰竭及心律失常等病症，会显著降低患者生活质量并加重医疗负担。早期诊断与有效管理，对改善临床结局、预防并发症至关重要。近年来，诊断技术与药物治疗策略的进展，已显著改善了心血管疾病的预后。本文综述了成人心血管疾病的现代诊疗与管理方案，重点涵盖当前诊断方法、药物治疗、非药物干预及预防策略。本文着重强调循证临床实践与以患者为中心的个体化照护。
