To investigate the repair mechanism of urethral wound after prostatectomy, we used microarray RNA sequences and bioinformatics methods to analyze the entire transcriptome of post-urethral resection trauma tissue in the rat prostate. Two-group experiment (miRNA_Sham = only abdominal median incision was performed (control) vs miRNA_TULP = simulating transurethral laser prostatectomy. Four biological replicas of each group in rat prostatic urethra.
