Habenula trajectories for Depression

In this repository are contained the datasets collected for a project on how trajectories of adaptations in the lateral habenula shape depression behaviors. Data include spatial RNA-seq, calcium imaging obtained with 2P as well as behavior and scripts for analysis.本仓库收纳了为某项研究项目采集的数据集，该研究旨在探究外侧缰核（lateral habenula）内的适应性轨迹如何调控抑郁样行为。本次收录的数据涵盖空间转录组测序（spatial RNA-seq）、2P钙成像数据、行为学数据以及相关分析脚本。
