Dataset for training and testing EEWCAN

We collected earthquake events recorded by Japanese K-NET network from 2007 to 2023 to train and test the EEWCAN. The earthquake events occurring from 2007 to 2017 were assigned to the training dataset, which contains 3004 earthquakes; Events from 2018 to 2023 were used the test dataset, comprising 1183 earthquakes; In order to explore the generalization of the EEWCAN proposed in this study, we collected 312 earthquake events recorded by the China Earthquake Networks from 2017 to 2020 and tested the performance of the EEWCAN in estimating the epicentral distance and magnitude of earthquake events recorded by the China Earthquake Networks.
