we estimated the non-synonymous/synonymous rate ratio (dN/dS) at each codon site using the Bayesian approach implemented in the CodeML program of the PAML4 package (Yang 2007) .本研究采用PAML4软件包（Yang 2007）中CodeML程序所实现的贝叶斯方法，对每个密码子位点的非同义/同义替换速率比（dN/dS）进行了估算。
