Identification of SR34a direct RNA targets in germinated seeds grown for 44 hours and exposed or not to ABA for 2 hours

Individual nucleotide crosslinking and immunoprecipitation (iCLIP2) of SR34a-GFP or control GFP from seeds germinated for 44 hours in continuous light and transferred to a control or ABA-containing medium during 2 hours. Overall design: To investigate the RNA binding landscape of the Arabidopsis thaliana SR34a protein during early seedling establishment, we performed iCLIP2 experiments in germinated seeds expressing the SR34a-GFP or GFP alone (control) grown 44 hours in continuous light and transferred to a control or ABA-containing medium during 2 hours.
