资源简介:
This study investigates the adaptive immune repertoire in kidney transplant recipients who received multiple doses of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were collected at two timepoints: after the primary vaccination series and following additional booster doses. High-throughput sequencing of immunoglobulin (IG) and T cell receptor (TR) gene rearrangements was performed to characterize the composition, diversity, and clonal architecture of B and T cell repertoires. The study includes paired samples from the same individuals to enable longitudinal comparison. A cohort of healthy individuals sampled at the first timepoint serves as a reference group. The generated sequencing data supports the examination of immunogenetic features related to vaccine-induced immune responses in immunocompromised individuals. Functional assays complement the sequencing data to assess antigen receptor signaling. All samples were processed using standardized protocols to ensure consistency across the dataset.
