Adult and larval Sheepshead minnows exposed to oil, laboratory experiments varying environmental conditions of dissolved oxygen, temperature, salinity

This dataset will include data from laboratory exposure of adult sheepshead minnows to oil under a range of environmental conditions (dissolved oxygen, temperature and salinity) to assess the differential toxicity associated with a changing environment. This data will be generated at UConn, building on the results from the range of environmental conditions tested on embryos at Purdue and early life stages at USM. Endpoints will include egg production and fertilization, gonad size and gene expression.
