Spatio-temporal dynamics of non-target chemicals in watersheds: contributions of landscape sources and microbial communities

This dataset of 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences was produced with DNA extracted from water samples from four rivers in Oregon (Marys River, Oak Creek, Dixon Creek, Rickreall Creek) using primers targeting most bacteria and archaea. The purpose of this dataset was to compare patterns in microbial diversity to landscape composition and to chemical diversity of dissolved organic matter assessed with Mass Spectrometry.
