16s sequencing of sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicas culture pond sediments

16s sequencing was used to determine the change of abundance and structure of microbiota in the sediments of sea cucumber culture pond under antibiotic and heavy metal stress. This study provides a theoretical basis for better understanding the impact of harmful substances on aquaculture environment, clarify the ecological response of aquaculture environment facing threaten of harmful substances.
