Food plants of grey-headed flying fox (Pteropus poliocephalus)

This project aimed to assess how food plants of grey-headed flying foxes (Pteropus poliocephalus) were impacted by the 2019-2020 bushfires in eastern Australia. Food plants were determined using ITS2 metabarcoding of faecal samples collected from 20 camps across eastern Australia, covering both rural and urban populations.
