Effect of overexpression NUDT3 on proliferation and differentiation of primary porcine muscle satellite cells

In our study, reduced NUDT3 in vitro significantly arrested cell cycle in primary muscle satellite cells, indicated by elevated ratio of cells at G1 stage and decreased EdU+ cells. Besides, knockdown of NUDT3 significantly inhibited myogenic differentiation, as myogenic genes and MyHC+ cells were dramatically repressed, conversely, its overexpression yielded the opposite effects. Overall design: Through interference and overexpression of NUDT3 in vitro, the mechanism of NUDT3 in porcine skeletal muscle satellite cells was investigated.
