Changes in bacterial community composition during the biodegradation of crude oil as affected by temperature, nutrients and initial bacterial community in deep and surface waters of the northern Gulf of Mexico

We sampled surface and deep-sea waters near the DWH site, amended with oil and incubated under different temperature, nutrients, and initial microbial community. The data here is the bacterial community percent composition of samples at different time (0, 5, 12 and 50 days) of incubation.

我们在深海地平线（Deepwater Horizon, DWH）作业点附近采样获取表层与深海海水样本，向样本中添加原油后，设置不同温度、营养盐（nutrients）水平及初始微生物群落（microbial community）条件开展培养实验。本数据集包含培养至0、5、12及50天的各样本的细菌群落百分比组成数据。
