Data for: Global loss of climate connectivity in tropical forests

Climate connectivity data supporting the findings of the publication "Global loss of climate connectivity in tropical forests". The metric 'climate connectivity' describes the physical connectedness of the focal habitat to locations with an analogous climate under projected future climate warming. Spatial data are provided as ESRI shapefiles and .Rds files (for use in R). They include climate connectivity in the years 2000 and 2012, and also the change in climate connectivity from 2000 to 2012. Summary data for statistical analyses are provided as .Rds files.

本数据集为支撑论文《Global loss of climate connectivity in tropical forests》研究结论的气候连通性数据。其中，气候连通性（climate connectivity）这一指标用于描述在未来气候变暖情景下，目标生境与拥有相似气候条件的区域之间的物理连通性。空间数据以ESRI shapefile格式与.Rds格式（供R语言使用）提供，涵盖2000年与2012年的气候连通性数值，以及2000年至2012年间气候连通性的变化量。用于统计分析的汇总数据以.Rds格式提供。
