Full-length transcriptome sequences and morph-specific SNP call sets for long-winged (FL) and short-winged (FS) morphs of Tetrix grossus (Orthoptera: Tetrigidae)

This dataset contains raw full-length transcriptome reads and filtered single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) call sets generated from long-winged (fully-winged, FL) and short-winged (short-winged, FS) morphs of Tetrix grossus (Orthoptera: Tetrigidae), used to investigate the molecular basis of wing polymorphism in this species.本数据集包含从粗蚱（Tetrix grossus，直翅目：蚱科）长翅型（完全翅型，FL）和短翅型（短翅型，FS）个体中获取得到的原始全长转录组测序读段，以及过滤后的单核苷酸多态性（single-nucleotide polymorphism, SNP）调用集，用于探究该物种翅多型现象的分子基础。
