Primary dataset of biochemical analyses of oyster tissue following hypothermic storage. The dataset includes quantitative measurements of total protein content, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity, lipase activity, gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) activity, and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) activity. Data are provided in a structured and standardized format with clearly defined units, assay conditions, and methodological details, enabling reproducibility and reuse. These measurements support comparative analysis of metabolic and enzymatic changes associated with hypothermic exposure in oyster tissues and can be integrated into broader studies on stress physiology, preservation methods, and aquatic organism biochemistry. All biochemical studies were performed using Rendoks kits, Ukraine, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

本数据集为低温储存后牡蛎组织生化分析的核心数据集。数据集涵盖总蛋白质含量、乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase, LDH)活性、脂肪酶活性、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(gamma-glutamyl transferase, GGT)活性以及葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, G6PD)活性的定量测定结果。数据以结构化、标准化格式提供,附带明确的单位、检测条件与方法学细节,可保障实验可复现性并便于复用。上述测定结果可用于开展牡蛎组织低温暴露相关代谢与酶学变化的比较分析,亦可集成于应激生理学、保存方法及水生生物生化等更广泛的研究领域。所有生化实验均采用乌克兰Rendoks公司的试剂盒,并严格遵循厂商的操作说明完成。
