The original data of Mycoplasma bovis infection and pathogenesis in guinea pigs

This data collection serves as supplementary data to the paper Mycoplasma bovis infection and pathogenesis in guinea pigs. The data set is derived from a study on the use of guinea pigs as a model for M. bovis infection. These data were used to analyze and validate the feasibility and applicability of guinea pigs as infection models, and comprehensive data analysis was performed to analyze the specific clinical characterization of pathogenic characteristics after M. bovis infection in guinea pigs after infection to illustrate that the establishment of secondary infection models is feasible. Data covering: clinical weight, body temperature, pathogenicity score statistics (necropsy lesions, tracheal inflammation, lung inflammatory infiltration), bacterial load statistics and so on.
