Secular eulogy data

Data contains 59 speeches from five Eulogy manuals published in the period 1963–1988 (in Czech). The analysis focused on the argumentative character of eulogies. Codebook contains variables that relate to the type of argument statement, distinguishing between standpoints (1, 2) and arguments with specific propositional content. In the case of arguments, attention is focused on the propositional content of the sub-arguments. It therefore includes 33 variables for specific standpoints and sub-arguments.

本数据集汇集了五本纪念手册中自1963年至1988年间发表的59篇悼词（均为捷克语）。分析集中于悼词的论辩特性。编码手册中包含与论辩陈述类型相关的变量，区分立场（1, 2）以及具有特定命题内容的论辩。对于论辩，关注点在于子论辩的命题内容。因此，它包含了针对特定立场和子论辩的33个变量。
