Adults: Main sanction and characteristics of the convicted person

This dataset presents the annual figures of main sanctions imposed on adults by criminal authority (cantonal, federal or military court), type of punishment (including form of enforcement), characteristics of the convicted person [gender, age, citizenship (Swiss or foreign based on residence status)] and the year of the conviction, since 2007.
