Supporting data for "Acquired Pellicle on Restorative Material Surfaces: A Proteomics and Microbiomics Study"

This is the supporting Dataset and README.txt file for the thesis “Acquired Pellicle on Restorative Material Surfaces: <em>A Proteomics and Microbiomics Study”</em>. The folder contains three files: 1) information on the study subjects and tested specimens, 2) proteomics data for study 1, and 3) microbiomics data for study 2 documented in the thesis. These two studies investigated and compared the protein composition of the acquired pellicle and the bacterial composition of the subsequent early dental plaque on various restorative materials.
