In this study, the soil of Different cropping systems was taken as the research object, and the interaction mechanism between planting mode and soil microbial community structure was studied by using soil microbial amplification technology. The changes of beneficial bacteria and biocontrol bacteria and their correlation with soil fertility factors were also studied.
