Hexagrammos otakii Transcriptome or Gene expression

This research is aim to analyze the immune responses of fat greenling (Hexagrammos otakii) against Vibrio harveyi infection. The transcriptome profiles will provide more information on the fat greenling gene sequence, and the information of DEGs following V. harveyi infection may provide a valuable resource for further research and suggest strategies for the prevention and control of V. harveyi infection.
