This network was generated from TCGA RNA-seq data for breast cancer (BRCA) using Bayesian network estimation [1,2]. The subtype-specific edges we identified from the edge contribution value (ECv) [3] were highlighted in this estimated basal network with different colors (black: subtype1, magenta: subtype2, green: subtype3). These subtypes were identified with our proposed method (the paper is submitting) and showed significant differences in their prognosis.
