Survey on Related Party Transactions among the Stakeholders of Listed Companies

These are the results of an anonymous survey on related party transactions among stakeholders of companies listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. This survey was carried out by Dr Ivan Romashchenko as part of the project 'Challenging Strategies: Related Party Transactions in the EU'. The application for bioethical review for the research was submitted on 7 March 2025 and was approved by the Cyprus National Bioethics Committee on 12 March 2025 (Ref: EEBK ЕП 2025.01.88). After the approval by the Cyprus National Bioethics Committee, the survey questions were uploaded into LimeSurvey, a tool used at the University of Cyprus to create online surveys.
