Fish Biodiversity

Goals of this baseline study were to describe biodiversity and target species (abundance, size) in two estuaries from the northern bioregion and two from the southern bioregion of the North Coast MPA Region. Macrophytes, invertebrates and fish were enumerated from two sites within each estuary on June 2014, January 2015, June 2015, January 2016 and June 2016. This Package contains a file of counts by fish species for each survey effort, as well as as ordination files comparing fish communities among sites, and among summers.

本基准研究旨在描述北海岸海洋保护区（North Coast MPA Region）北部生物区与南部生物区各2个河口内的生物多样性及目标物种（丰度、体型）。研究于2014年6月、2015年1月、2015年6月、2016年1月及2016年6月，在每个河口的2个采样点对大型水生植物、无脊椎动物与鱼类开展计数统计。本数据集包包含各次调查对应的鱼类物种计数文件，以及用于比较不同采样点间及不同夏季鱼类群落结构的排序分析文件。
