DETOXS Project 1 Component 3: Year 1 MDR Isolates

The Detection, Treatment, and Detoxification System for Emerging Contaminants of Concern in Wastewater (DETOXS) Program, Project 1 (Evaluation of Wastewater Treatments for Emerging Contaminants of Concerns with Eco-Biological Parameters), Component 3 (Evaluation of Wastewater Treatment Systems using Biological Parameters) aims to evaluate the effectiveness of wastewater treatment mechanisms, developed by other components in Project 1, in removing resistance determinants. In the P1C3 component, biological parameters are used to evaluate the treatment systems, performing molecular biology and microbiology techniques.
