GBS time series for Lycaeides butterflies

Our goal was to measure rates of contemporary evolution (i.e., over several years) across the genome in multiple populations of the butterfly, Lycaeides idas. We were especially in assessing whether rates of contemporary change were consistent with genetic diversity levels in these butterflies and in quantify the extent and causes of gene flow (genetic exchange) among populations.
