Reproducibility package for Selection Mechanisms in Triadic Closure Networks: Systematic Analysis of Uniform and Preferential Rules
收藏资源简介:
This reproducibility package supports the article “Selection Mechanisms in Triadic Closure Networks: Systematic Analysis of Uniform and Preferential Rules”. It contains C++17 and Python source code, processed aggregate outputs from 100 independent trajectories per model–parameter condition, calibration results for the 128-source average-shortest-path estimator, processed temporal-network analysis outputs for DBLP, Email-EU, CollegeMsg, and MathOverflow, 2700 per-graph closure-diagnostic runs for Models 2–4, 100 Model 1 growth-control runs, 720 common-scale clustering runs and publication figures. Third-party raw datasets and full per-trajectory simulation outputs are not redistributed. The included scripts, parameters, and fixed random seeds allow the synthetic trajectories and figures to be regenerated.
