The ROTI dataset in the study of irregularities in the Chinese ionosphere (2011-2023)

ROTI can essentially be used to represent the irregularity of the ionospheric plasma density along the propagation path (the calculation window for this is 5 minutes). The ROTI dataset is in Excel format and stores data by day (from February 3, 2011 to December 31, 2023). The data variables include: MJdatet, Time, PRN, Az, Ele, Lat (IPP), Lon (1PP), ROT, ROTI, and MRA.电离层TEC变化率指数（ROTI，Rate of TEC Index）可有效表征信号传播路径上的电离层等离子体密度不规则性，其计算窗口为5分钟。该ROTI数据集采用Excel格式存储，按日存储数据，时间范围为2011年2月3日至2023年12月31日。其包含的数据字段包括：修正儒略日期（MJdatet）、时间（Time）、伪随机噪声编号（PRN）、方位角（Az）、仰角（Ele）、电离层穿刺点纬度（Lat (IPP)）、电离层穿刺点经度（Lon (1PP)）、TEC变化率（ROT）、ROTI以及MRA。
