Identification of key miRNAs and lncRNAs for specific deposition of IMP in muscle of Jingyuan Chicken

Jingyuan chicken was used as a slow-growing chicken model, and the chest muscles of adult cocks and hens under the same genetic background and feeding management conditions were studied. Transcriptome high-throughput sequencing was carried out to screen the differentially expressed mRNA and lncRNA molecules in muscle tissues of different sexes. Their functions and target genes were predicted by bioinformatics methods, and the key lncRNA and its target genes related to IMP specific deposition were screened.
