Metagenomic sequencing of gDNA extracted from human bile samples of PSC patients

Anaerobic bacterial culturing was performed from the bile of human patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC). Paired metagenomic sequencing was performed on extracted gDNA from bile in order to identify any strains that were not successfully cultured.
