monthly time series in Qaidam basin from 2002 to 2019

The time series of monthly precipitation in Qaidam basin is converted by monthly observations of five groud meteorological stations from 2002 to 2019. The origional observation data of five ground meteorological stations is downloaded from the website (http://data.cma.cn/en) with the permission.柴达木盆地月降水时间序列由2002年至2019年5个地面气象站（ground meteorological stations）的逐月观测资料转换得到。该5个地面气象站的原始观测数据已获授权，从中国气象数据网（http://data.cma.cn/en）下载获取。
