Data used in the MS: Multi-stressors Extremes Found on a Tropical Coral Reef Impair Performance

There are two excel spreadsheets to accompany the paper 'Multi-stressors Extremes Found on a Tropical Coral Reef Impair Performance', in Frontiers in Marine Science by N. Lucey, E. Haskett, and R. Collin. doi: 10.3389/fmars.2020.588764<br><br>In the first spreadsheet, "Raw_data.xlsx" the first two sheets labeled 'Experiment 1' and 'Experiment 2' provide all the the raw data generated during these experiments. The third sheet, 'Hosp. Point Reef TS' includes the hourly measurements taken from the Hospital Point coral reef at 3 meters, between July 24 2019 and October 12 2019. The final sheet, 'Bocas 3 yr TS,' includes the weekly monitoring data from 2017-2010 at seven sites throughout the Bocas del Toro Archipelago. Primary parameters discussed in the paper include temperature, dissolved oxygen and pH. Additionally, measurements of chlorophyll, turbidity, salinity, dissolved organic materials, total dissolved solids and BGA counts are included.<br>In the second excel spreadsheet, 'Summary Tables,' we provide summaries of the raw data for both experiments, as well as the physical parameters measured in both time series datasets.<br>The final document includes calibration information for the instruments used to monitor the environment.<br>
