资源简介:
Experiment type: Expression profiling by high throughput RNA sequencingSummary: A disintegrin and metalloproteinase (ADAM)12 is a member of the ADAM family of metalloproteinases. In this study, we have demonstrated that ADAM12 is expressed on CD4+ T cells and acts as a T cell costimulatory molecule that amplifies TCR signalling. This function of ADAM12 mediates the activation and proliferation of Th1 cells specifically and consequently causing tissue inflammation.Overall design: Total RNA extraction from CD4+ T cells sorted from splenocytes of ADAM12 knockout and WT littermates (in C57BL/6) mice, 30 days after MOG35-55 immunization and ex vivo reactivation.
