Fusarium decemcellulare species complex - genome sequencing and assembly. Fusarium

The Fusarium decemcellulare species complex is a multispecies lineage of the fungal genus Fusarium that has been defined by DNA sequence-based phylogenetic analysis. This complex is among the earliest diverging lineages of Fusarium. Species within the complex cause canker diseases on tropical and subtropical trees, including avocado, cacao and mango. Members of this complex have not been reported to cause mycotoxin contamination of food and feed crops.
