Program table and analysis code for: Why a well was sampled shapes PFAS detection rates in merged U.S. groundwater records
收藏资源简介:
Program-level data and code for the paper Why a well was sampled shapes PFAS detection rates in merged U.S. groundwater records: one row per program for the 69 state and federal groundwater programs (stations, records, detection, both classifications of program design, retrieval route, address and terms), stations by state, one row per California public-supply source with a PFOS result (7,739 rows: water system and source number, the State Water Board order lists it is on, its Table 1 group, PFOS detection under each rule, latest-sample year and sample count), the rules, records and codes of the blind second classification, the addresses and sha256 of the nine California files used to split public-supply sources and of the three USGS data release files behind the national comparison, and the analysis scripts with their expected printouts. Outside California, station-level records are not included; each program's public retrieval route is in the table. The California export holds no station identifier, coordinate, date finer than the year, or concentration beyond the detection flags. The README lists which script gives which result and how to run each.
