**本数据集为Raoux等人2023年发表于《Light Science and Applications》的论文(DOI:10.1038/s41377-023-01224-0)配套的原始偏振分辨二次谐波产生(P-SHG, polarization-resolved second harmonic generation)数据与处理代码。 原始P-SHG数据:包含10份人类角膜样本。 重要提示:需对所有图像的左右两侧各裁切20个像素,以去除扫描伪影,最终得到250×250分辨率的图像。 体素尺寸:全方向均为1 μm。 通道0:透射式双光子激发荧光(trans-2PEF, transmission two-photon excited fluorescence) 通道1:落射式双光子激发荧光(epi-2PEF, epifluorescence two-photon excited fluorescence) 通道2:落射式二次谐波产生(epi-SHG, epifluorescence second harmonic generation) 通道3:透射式二次谐波产生(trans-SHG, transmission second harmonic generation)
