Genome assemblies of fungal isolates baited from soil samples using insects. Illumina genome sequence data was assembled using SPADES assembler. The raw genome sequencing data for the 83 isolates can be found under the bioproject accession PRJNA877373 at NCBI https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/PRJNA877373.
