Culex quinquefasciatus JHB RNAseq libraries from female and male antennal and female proboscis tissues

Collected five libraries of RNAseq data from chemosensory tissue in JHB to better annotate relevant chemosensory gene families and compare them to other mosquito species. Sequencing data was also used for comparing the expression of relevant gene families between female and male antennal tissue as well as expression in the proboscis. Each library consisted of tissue from about 30 individuals, two antennal libraries collected from females, two anntenal libraries collected from males, and one library collected from female proboscis tissue.
