OpenIFC: A 3D IFC and Structured Metadata Dataset for Spatial AI Overview: OpenIFC contains over 70,000 clean 3D Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) models and structured JSON metadata derived from 2D floorplan layouts for BIM, spatial reasoning, and 3D vision research. Copyright & Compliance: To strictly comply with the original RPLAN redistribution policy, raw 2D image files are omitted. An explicit ID-mapping scheme is provided to seamlessly cross-reference with official RPLAN sources.
