ERRORS AND COMPLICATIONS IN ORTHOPEDIC TREATMENT WITH REMOVABLE DENTURES: CLINICAL, DIAGNOSTIC AND PREVENTIVE ASPECTS

Orthopedic treatment with removable dentures remains one of the most common methods of rehabilitation for patients with partial and complete adentia. Despite the improvement of clinical and laboratory technologies, the frequency of errors and complications when using removable orthopedic structures remains high. The article analyzes the main clinical, laboratory, and medical-technical errors that occur at various stages of prosthetics, as well as related complications from the oral mucosa, supporting teeth, and temporomandibular joint. Special attention is paid to the issues of diagnosis, prevention and correction of complications, which makes it possible to improve the effectiveness of orthopedic treatment and the quality of life of patients.可摘义齿（removable dentures）修复治疗仍是部分无牙颌与全口无牙颌患者最常用的康复手段之一。尽管临床与实验室技术已取得长足进步，但使用可摘修复体时出现失误与并发症的概率仍居高不下。本文系统分析了义齿修复全流程中出现的主要临床、实验室及医技失误，以及由此引发的口腔黏膜、基牙（supporting teeth）与颞下颌关节（temporomandibular joint）相关并发症。本文着重探讨了并发症的诊断、预防与纠正方案，这有助于提升修复治疗的临床有效性，改善患者的生活质量。
