Paired-end Illumina MiSeq was performed to obtain the full population of partially edited A6 and COIII mRNA in procyclic T. brucei brucei cells (29-13 Lister427) with RNAi targeting RESC8. Alignment and analysis of sequences is possible using the Trypanosome RNA Editing Alignment Tool (TREAT) available on github.com/ubccr/treat.
