This data set was derived from optical particle sensors deployed during casts of the GEOTRACES Trace Metal Carousel (GTC) as part of the GEOTRACES Pacific Meridional Transect (GP15 expedition). There are several related data files provided. The primary data files include: (1) data for the 0-500 meters (m) depth interval, including measures of particle birefringence photon yield (units of parts per million per meter) and particle beam attenuation coefficient (units of per meter); and (2) 0-500 m optics data separated by cast and cast direction. Supplemental files include data for the full depth of the water column and CTD data used in the profile data calculations.
本数据集源自GEOTRACES太平洋经向断面科考航次(GP15)期间,部署于GEOTRACES痕量金属旋转架(GTC)各次测站作业中的光学粒子传感器所采集的数据。本次共提供多份关联数据文件,核心数据文件包含两类内容:(1) 0~500米深度区间的观测数据,涵盖粒子双折射光子产率(单位:百万分之一每米)与粒子光束衰减系数(单位:每米);(2) 按测站及测站航行方向划分的0~500米光学观测数据。补充数据文件包含全水深水柱观测数据,以及用于剖面数据计算的温盐深(CTD)数据。
