Bacterial communities amended and non-amended soil mesocoms

Investigate the changes in soil chemical characteristics and phenotypes of Streptomyces communities following carbon amendments to soil, and determine if shifts in Streptomyces functional characteristics correlated with composition of soil bacterial communities.
