The data set contains four directories. The Scripts directory contains four scripts and the four scripts were used to select 4,954 single-copy orthologous gene families and to carry out their corresponding sequences. The Raxml_run_trees directory contains the all ML gene trees reconstructed in the study. The Mrbayes_run_trees directory contains the all bayesian trees reconstructed in the study. The Bucky directory contains all of results generated by BUCKy.
