The dataset includes all statistical analysis results for the Manuscript entitled "Isodeoxyelephantopin, a sesquiterpene lactone from Elephantopus scaber Linn., inhibits pro-inflammatory mediators’ production through both nuclear factor-κB and activator protein-1 pathways in LPS-activated macrophages". The data were analyzed using GraphPad Prism Version 7.0. A Student’s t-test was used when only two groups were compared. When there were more than two groups, the intergroup significance was analyzed using one-way ANOVA with Tukey post hoc analysis. Differences were considered to be significant at P < 0.05.
