Highly modified and immunoactive N-glycans of the canine heartworm, Nature Communications, 2019<br><br>zip archive of mzxml and xls files of MS/MS data on N-glycans from Dirofilaria immitis (Martini et al., 2019).<br><br>The mzxml files are extracted from the Bruker Flexanalysis software for all MALDI-TOF MS/MS shown in the main text and supplement of the manuscript. They are unsmoothed, uncorrected and not recalibrated (internal recalibration was performed for some of the spectra shown in the paper).<br><br>The files are named by figure_number-panel_m/z_retention-time_MSMS with ‘pos’ or ‘neg’ for positive or negative mode for anionic glycans or AEAB in the case of the AEAB-labelled glycans. Otherwise, all parent ions were either [M+H]+ or [M-H]- of pyridylaminated N-glycans.<br><br>mzxml files can be read by relevant freeware, such as mMass (www.mmass.org) or mzxmlViewer (tools.proteomecenter.org/mzXMLViewer.php).<br><br>In the case of LC-MS/MS data, an annotated excel file is included: 2018-11-15 Dogheartworm MIRAGE, including the relevant MIRAGE templates for reporting of ‘minimum information required for a glycomics experiment’.
