资源简介:
The mechanisms by which RNA-binding proteins control the translation of subsets of mRNAs are not yet clear. Sro9p is an atypical La motif containing protein (LARP). LARPs are members of a superfamily of RNA-binding proteins conserved across eukaryotes. We performed transcriptomics and RIP-Seq analysis in order to explore the role of Sro9 on controlling transaltion og genes in yeast. NOTE: This study includes read files from wild type samples shared with study ERP005810 (E-MTAB-2567). The sample, experiment and run accessions for these are ERS454902, ERS454905, ERS454908, ERX470052, ERX470056, ERX470063, ERR504695, ERR504706 and ERR504705.
