资源简介:
The use of plant callus to produce secondary metabolites, such as flavonoids and resveratrol, can protect natural resources and improve production efficiency. In this study, callus induced from the grape cambial meristematic cell was cultured with MS basal medium containing different concentrations of sucrose (7.5, 15, and 30 g/L) for 15 or 30 d. To reveal the effect of sucrose concentration on the production of the secondary metabolites, the corresponding callus was then analyzed using metabolome and transcriptome techniques.
