Additional file 2: Table S2. of Gene expression and adaptive noncoding changes during human evolution

Functions of genes expressed differentially overall MSigDB gene sets. These sets are listed from most to least enriched with genes scoring high for differential expression between humans and chimpanzees overall. Collection is the MSigDB collection containing the set (one of 16). # genes is the number of genes whose expression we measured in the set (at least 50). rrb is the rank-biserial correlation between scores for differential expression and membership in the set; sets are ordered by decreasing rrb. SE(rrb) is the standard error of rrb via bootstrapping with 10,000 replicates. (XLSX 1260 kb)

本数据集聚焦人与黑猩猩整体差异表达基因在MSigDB（Molecular Signatures Database，分子特征数据库）基因集内的功能富集特征。所有基因集按照其富集人与黑猩猩差异表达得分较高基因的程度由高至低排列。
所属集合为包含该基因集的MSigDB数据集集合（共16个集合之一）。
基因数：指该基因集中已完成表达量检测的基因总数量（不少于50个）。
rrb（秩双列相关系数，rank-biserial correlation）：为差异表达得分与基因集成员身份间的秩双列相关系数；基因集按rrb值降序排列。
SE(rrb)：为基于10000次重采样的自举（bootstrapping）法计算得到的rrb标准误。
